Shubham K-Mart Private Limited is one of India's fastest-growing value retail and hypermarket chains, dedicated to making everyday shopping affordable, convenient and enjoyable for millions of families.
Founder Mr. Vijay Kumar Kankariya began his retail journey at the age of 14. In 1984 the Kankariya family founded Sumeet Bazaar, a family garment showroom that has since grown to more than 40 stores. Seeing how customers were often overcharged even for essential items, he founded Shubham K Mart in 2019 — to offer the widest variety, the best value and an outstanding shopping experience at everyday low prices.
Today, with 50+ stores across Chhattisgarh, Gujarat, Rajasthan and Odisha and about 20 lakh sq ft of retail space, we serve millions of customers — and we're set to open 20 more stores in the next 18 months.
